As a specialist conference venue, we offer packages which, on top of all of the meeting essentials, will provide your delegates with the perfect environment in the inspiring setting of Loughborough University. We know what you need to make a great conference and have brought together all those component parts under one roof. From opening plenary sessions in the Convention room, into dedicated breakout rooms, then on to our fully AV equipped training rooms, we have everything in the right place.

AIM is the meetings industry's recognised mark of excellence which demonstrates clearly to our customers that we are compliant, capable and competent. We've been AIM Gold accredited since 2015.

We understand the value of meeting in person and have designed our conference facilities around that. We're all about bringing people together and providing the right environment for communication and learning to flourish and grow. From networking spaces and meeting rooms through to the science behind a fast lunch service that delivers a wide choice, we work closely with you pre, peri and post event to continually develop our offer and meet your exact needs.
Whilst we've published research on the benefits of face-to-face meetings, we recognise that delegates need to stay connected to their devices and social networks whilst away. Given that most conferences require overnight accommodation, it's important for us to keep your delegates connected and provide a home from home experience, as well as the focused learning environment, to ultimately create a productive and pleasant stay.
Event support
We know how difficult it is to bring people together for a conference and provide as much support as possible in the run up to the event. Whether it's help with delegate registration, collating abstracts or simply arranging provision for delegates to book accommodation directly with us, we can help minimise the time and risk to you and your company.
We can also partner with our University colleagues to facilitate expert, relevant and inspirational speakers that can give depth and variety to your conference programme, or to enhance your content with evidenced academic research.

We deliver great experiences to all our guests and are proud to be one of only 9 hotels in the UK to have the Mobility 3 accreditation, making us one of the most accessible hotel venues in the country. Being a member of the National Accessible Scheme means we have been independently evaluated by trained assessors against demanding criteria, so you can be confident that your needs are covered. From choosing the right room for your needs (left-right transfer) to parking and checking-in, we make our guests feel comfortable and at ease.
We also have great geographical access. With fantastic transport links from all areas of the country, we are the perfect location where north meets south. Just 1 mile from junction 23 M1, 3 miles from Loughborough mainline station and 15 minutes from East Midlands Airport, we are one of the most accessible conference venues in the country.
The event ran smoothly. The venue was perfect and catering was great. Staff were all very helpful, professional, calm and pleasant. Made the whole organising experience easy for me and I was able to sit through most of my programme without worrying about the little things!
